  1. Again, I will gladly buy you a case of premium beer to get this to work. I’ve wanted to hear it in quad since I got the original LP back in the late 70’s. (yeah, I’m an old fart!)

    1. I want to play it on a compatible Sony Blu Ray player, BDS580 which does play SACD’s. I was trying to burn the ISO on a DVD as I had with another recording.

Now, I also found this entire recording in FLAC, but not sure how to convert it to a compatible audio format.

      Thanks.

  2. Whatever,

If I get this to work, I’ll buy you a case of beer! I”ve gone through 2 LP’s and 1 CD of this album in stereo and I can still kick myself for not buying the SACD when it first came out!

  3. I also downloaded this, joined the files and am having the same issue. It won’t create the ISO and says it’s either an unknown file type or is corrupted. I have ImageBurn and MagicISO to burn to disk, btw.

    1. @Tokaji
This is ISO file i.e. SACD rip file. It is not mountable as standard ISO and you cannot unrar it. I am using Mac and I burned image using DiskUtil, it plays wonderfully in Cambridge Audio as regular SACD. If you are using Windows there are many ways to burn ISO image on a disc. If you want to play it on PC you’ll have to play a bit with software to get playable versions.
On Windows only platform you can use Scarletbook.exe to extract dff files from ISO and that you can convert them to wav, aiff, flac… with Weiss Saracon or Korg Audiogate. There is Audiogate Mac version.

      Cheers
