Great sound quality, great precision, wonderful music, much better than Ashkenazy, even though I was hoping that the Poème de l’Extase was a bit wilder, à la Mravinsky… But the sonics and the moods are great. I love how this recording is very climatic, it’s immersive – as is always is with Sinopoli!
