Composed during his time at the court of Frederick the Great in Berlin, Bach’s sonatas provided the court gamba player with ample opportunities to display both virtuosity and sensitivity. The viola da gamba was going out of fashion when the forward-looking CPE Bach composed these works, however they represent some of the finest and most expressive music in the instrument’s repertoire.

She is a member of the group Accademia del Piacere and has played with such esteemed ensembles as La Venexiana, La Grande Chapelle, La Orchesta Barroca de Sevilla, Música Prima, performing in major concert venues all over Europe, South America, EU and Japan.
