Don’t be Fooled
I don’t know who picked the cover art for this cd, but even though it is a cute drawing it TOTALLY messes with the actual contents of this beautiful piece of music. I wouldn’t have picked it up if I had seen it on a shelf for sale, thinking it was a comic throw down to Pachelbel’s once-in-a-lifetime composition. Musically, it is a gorgeous compilation and the vocal piece is amazing. I find that if I am down, blue, over-anxious, stretched too thin or just in a plain lousy mood, Pachelbel’s Canon will bring me out of it in the snap of a finger. I was once told that this simple composition works on certain parts of the brain that help release relaxation hormones and also, opens the mind to spiritual pathways. I BELIEVE IT. It is a gorgeous musical experience…”don’t judge a book (cd) by its cover”!!!
Thank you very much

I picked this up a few years ago somewhere. You can’t go wrong with this famous piece.
