Damaged Goods!

I purchased a 2-disc CD of Mozart Adagios, which were in a standard plastic jewel case. The case was inside a parcel. When I opened the parcel and retrieved the jewel case I could see that it had been severely damaged on one side. Fortunately, after playing both CDs, I can report that they seemed to be playing normally, so no damage there. However, I gave 4 stars rather than 5 to encourage sellers to make sure that the packaging is fully adequate to protect the item.
